Dynamic Series Connectors

The TE Connectivity AMP Dynamic D1000 slim small wire-to-wire connectors are suitable for narrow spaces in small industrial equipment and small machinery applications. The size of the D1000 is 80% smaller than the D1200 series with low interference risk and streamlined design. Keying and the locking feature provide reliability and reduce unexpected unmating and lever breakage in narrow spaces such as robotic arms and other applications.

The Dynamic Mini series connectors for signal transmission on PCB have a lower profile than the existing dynamic D1000, which provides extra valuable space on the board. Dynamic series connectors perform to LV 214 test requirements. Housings in high-temperature nylon permit reflow soldering, speeding up system assembly, and saving on total cost. High reliability comes from the high retention force that the connectors exhibit between the contact and the housing thanks to their second lock design. The Dynamic Mini series is smaller in size but offers the same performance as existing bigger alternatives.

The D-2970 Dynamic series is a compact, field-installable 5 mm pitch wire-to-board PCB connector. The push-in clamp and single-hand operated, center-locking lever were both designed to require no tooling, making it possible to cut mating time compared to connectors using screw-latch locking systems.
