Samtec’s 2.54 mm Mini Mate discrete wire system offers a variety of housings and contacts rated up to 4.8 A per pin to meet any design needs. The rugged, individually shrouded contacts are designed for reliability in harsh environments and provide electrical and mechanical protection. They are available in cable-to-board, cable-to-cable, and cable-to-panel options.
This discrete wire system is available in single-row (2 to 25 contacts) and double-row (4 to 50 contacts) configurations and vertical and right-angle terminals. They are available as components or complete assemblies.
The components are IPL1 (board assembly), IPD1 (socket housing), IPM1 (terminal housing), IPR1 (panel-mount housing), CC79L/CC79R (crimp contacts) and T1M74-L/T1M74-R (crimp terminals). Hand tools and bench top applicators are also available to help assemble components into complete cable assemblies.
