The TG-A9000 series ultra-soft silicone pads are designed with a 9 Watts per meter Kelvin thermal conductivity and a hardness of 50 Shore OO, making them suitable for the most demanding of applications. Its electrical isolation properties support voltage across components and are available in sheets or die-cut parts from 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm thicknesses with a two sided natural tack for easy secure placement. It has a Low thermal impedance with a High dielectric breakdown voltage of less than or equal to 8 kiloVolt per millimeter, and an operating temperature of up to +180°C.
