Analog Devices MAX-HEALTH-BAND and MAX-ECG-MONITOR | DigiKey Daily

Analog Devices offers two health and fitness wearable platforms: the Max-Health-Band and the Max-ECG-Monitor. The Max-Health-Band, a wrist-worn heart-rate and activity monitor, allows designers to extract vital signs and raw data. It utilizes the MAX86140 optimized optical pulse-oximeter and heart-rate sensor, the MAX20303 wearable power-management solution, and Analog Devices’ motion-compensated algorithms. Requiring less than half the power of other solutions, this platform can run for up to seven days on a single charge. The Max-ECG-Monitor features the MAX30003 ultra-low-power, clinical-grade analog front end, which monitors, analyzes and tracks ECG and heart-rate signals to provide valuable insight for clinical and fitness applications. This platform is available in two form factors: a wet electrode patch for clinical applications and a chest strap for fitness applications.
