Capacitive and Proximity Sensing with the MSP430

This presentation will provide an overview of capacitive touch sensing and introduce Texas Instruments’ CapTIvate technology. It will discuss touch sensing, including the challenges of designing with capacitive touch, and highlight the advantages of utilizing TI’s CapTIvate technology. The tutorial will review the features of CapTIvate technology and discuss using CapTIvate with FRAM MCUs.
