AC Switches Family, Part One

This presentation, the first of two parts, will provide an overview of the AC switches and the family product offerings from STMicroelectronics. There will be a review of the types of AC switches available, with highlights of the features and operation of SCRs and Triacs. The product specifications, features and packaging of the various switch types will be discussed, as well as the typical markets and applications for these devices.
