KK Interconnect Solutions

Molex's KK connector systems are customizable for a variety of power and signal applications. Available in industry-standard 2.54 mm, 3.96 mm, and 5.08 mm pitch sizes, this single-row, wire-to-board, and board-to-board product family is cost-effective and versatile. KK RPC (reflow process compatible) headers are available in both signal and power families and can handle solder temperatures up to +260°C. Additionally, customizable KK headers allow for more polarization options and design configurations, which makes the KK connector system ideal for a variety of industries.

The KK 254 connector system offers a current rating of 4 A and is ideal for board-to-board and wire-to-board low-power and signal applications. These connectors provide a flexible design as well as cost-saving solutions and are available in 2 to 36 circuits in 22 AWG to 30 AWG.

The KK 396 connector system delivers 7 A and 600 V per circuit in an industry-standard 3.96 mm pitch power application. This system is ideal for low- to mid-power W-to-B and B-to-B applications and is available in 2 to 24 circuits in 18 AWG to 26 AWG.

The KK 508 connector system has a current rating of 7 A. These connectors are ideal for low- to mid-range power applications, delivering 7 A per circuit based on the application. They are available in 2 to 12 circuits in 18 AWG to 26 AWG.
