Fit Connector Families

The Fit family from Molex offers a wide variety of connectors for complete design flexibility across a wide range of applications. The Fit family connectors are mechanically keyed, allowing same-circuit, multiple-connector use, virtually eliminating the risk of cross-mating. These connectors have reflow capabilities and terminal stability through multiple points of contact, resulting in higher current-carrying capacity. Furthermore, the connectors feature positive locking latches, a scoop-proof design where contacts are protected until proper alignment is achieved, and fully isolated contacts.

Nano-Fit power connectors are the smallest of the Fit family of connectors and feature a fully-isolated header to provide both power and protection for the terminals in a small package.

Micro-Fit connector system is available in multiple circuit sizes in a 3 mm pitch and with a 10.5 A maximum current rating for power and signal applications.

Mini-Fit family power connectors: Mini-Fit Jr. and Mini-Fit Plus power connectors are versatile connector systems for a wide range of applications that deliver up to 9 A and 13 A respectively, with blind-mating, terminal position assurance, and backshell options.

Ultra-Fit power connectors eliminate same-circuit-size cross-mating, optimize space-savings, and reduce terminal back-out with these low mating force, high-density connectors.

Mini-Fit Sigma feature a slim profile TPA design that is glow-wire capable and utilizes the current Mini-Fit TPA2 terminals. The Mini-Fit Sigma sealed solution features traditional Mini-Fit TPA2 terminals and wire gauges while providing protection from moisture, foam, and dust debris ingress. The Mini-Fit Max connector transcends mid-power connector products to provide 20.5 A of current in a compact package.

Mega-Fit power connectors feature expanded current-carrying capabilities up to 23 A. The Mega-Fit connectors enable one of the highest current-density options compared to existing midrange power connectors. The innovative split-box terminal design offers six independent points of contact to provide long-term reliability through secondary current-path redundancy.
