With the MAX2640 and MAX2641 families of low-cost, ultra-low-noise amplifiers, for example, users can support applications in the cellular, PCS, GPS, and 2.4 GHz ISM frequency bands. The devices consume just 3.5 mA of current while providing a low noise figure, high gain, high input IP3, and an operating frequency range from 300 MHz to 2500 MHz. The MAX2680, MAX2681, and MAX2682 families of miniature, low-cost, low-noise downconverter mixers are well suited for low-voltage operation in applications such as portable communications equipment. They operate with RF input frequencies between 400 MHz and 2500 MHz, and downconvert to IF output frequencies between 10 MHz and 500 MHz.
