Lascar's PanelPilot family of displays include the PanelPilotACE, PanelPilot M, and PanelPilot B series
Lascar's PanelPilot family of displays utilizes the PanelPilot suite of software to create a variety of customizable displays for use in various applications, such as automation and process control, PLC, HMI, data acquisition, HVAC, and energy. The family comprises the PanelPilotACE series of 4.3" and 7" displays, the PanelPilot M series of 2.4", 2.8", and 3.5" panel meters, and the PanelPilot B series 2.1" display.
The PanelPilotACE series 4.3" and 7" displays enable the creation of custom interface and touchscreen displays using the PanelPilotACE Design Studio software, a free drag-and-drop style software package for rapid development of advanced visual displays for panel meters. The units accept inputs, including 4 mA to 20 mA analog, direct digital I/O, RS485, RS232, CANbus, and MODBUS. There are also digital alarm outputs and a built-in PWM generator.
PanelPilot M series 2.4", 2.8", and 3.5" are customizable panel meters featuring dual analog inputs, alarm outputs, and color touchscreen displays. Configured using the free PanelPilot M software, there over 50 application templates available, including bar-graph, tank level, analog-style, and trend graphs. Users can customize colors, text labels, units, and input scaling before uploading to the display.
The PanelPilot B series 2.1" display is a low-cost, low-power, sunlight-readable, single-channel voltmeter with a sleek monochrome e-paper display. The unit is configured with the free PanelPilot B software. The software provides six templates to choose from, and users can customize labels, scaling, and alarms. Modest power requirements make this display ideal for use in battery-powered handheld instruments.
