ECS-2520MV MultiVolt™ Oscillator | Datasheet Preview

The ECS-25 20 M V are H CMOS surface mount oscillators that come in a ceramic 2.5 by 2.0 by 0.8 millimeter industry-standard package that saves board space. The wide supply voltage oscillators are compatible with 1.8, 2.5, 3.0, or 3.3 volt power supplies. The ECS-25 20 M V Multivolt oscillators have excellent frequency stability across an extended temperature range from negative 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius. They also have a low, one picosecond, typical jitter. These Row-Haas and REACH compliant oscillators are ideal for wireless low-power and portable IoT applications such as LoRa where stability is critical.
